Terms of Use

Last updated: November 2025

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website duocom.ee, and outline the general principles on which Duolution OÜ (“DuoCom”) provides web design and development services. By using this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. General Information

DuoCom (Duolution OÜ) is a studio providing website design, e-commerce solutions, and web application development. We do not provide financial services, legal advice, consumer credit, or any regulated economic services. Our activities are strictly related to software development and technical consulting.

These terms apply to all users of our website. For client projects (such as website or e-commerce development), detailed terms, pricing, and work scope are always defined in a separate proposal and/or service agreement.

2. Use of the Website

The purpose of this website is to provide information about DuoCom’s services, portfolio, and work process. You may freely browse the website provided that you:

  • do not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or bypass the website’s security mechanisms;
  • do not copy or redistribute content in a way that may create a misleading impression of authorship or ownership;
  • do not use the website for any unlawful or harmful activities.

We take reasonable measures to keep the website functional and up to date; however, uninterrupted access or absolute error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical updates.

3. Offers and Projects

Any prices, timelines, or examples displayed on the website (including the price calculator) are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding price, scope, and schedule are always agreed upon in a personalised proposal or service contract.

Before starting a project, we typically define:

  • the expected business goals and desired outcomes;
  • the scope of work (pages, functionality, integrations, content requirements, technical specifications);
  • the delivery plan, project phases, and payment schedule.

4. Payments and Billing

Project fees are usually paid in stages (e.g., planning, design, development, testing, launch). Exact conditions, amounts, and invoice deadlines are specified in the proposal or contract.

If an invoice is not paid by the agreed deadline, this may affect the project timeline. DuoCom reserves the right to temporarily suspend work until all overdue invoices have been settled.

5. Liability and Warranties

DuoCom builds solutions using modern technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) and adheres to industry best practices for performance and security. Nevertheless, no web service can be guaranteed to operate flawlessly in all circumstances, and third-party services (hosting, payment systems, APIs) may experience interruptions outside our control.

DuoCom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Unless agreed differently in a contract, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

6. Amendments and Contact

DuoCom may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technological standards, or legal requirements. Updates take effect once published on duocom.ee.

If you have any questions regarding these terms or cooperation with DuoCom, contact us at hello@duocom.ee.
